Nestled in the heart of the city at Assagao, this villa is a true gem that offers not only convenience but also a delightful stay experience. The moment we stepped into the house, we were captivated by its aesthetic appeal—modern yet warm interiors & very tasteful decor. The villa is spacious and thoughtfully designed. The bedrooms are cozy and the living areas are perfect for relaxing on the sofa or by the pool. One of the highlights of our stay was the impeccable service provided by the staff. They were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that every request was promptly fulfilled. Moreover, the villa's central location was a major plus point. It allowed us easy access to all great restaurants and bar. Our stay at nothing short of exceptional and we would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting the area and look forward to returning ourselves.

The villa was gorgeous and tastefully done. Good size pool for 4-5 people to wade around. Mr. Ashok and Chinmay were very responsive and took care of all our needs. We had an unfortunate day of no electricity, but they were very apologetic and accommodating. And they did their best to make our stay comfortable.

We are committed to sustainability and will refresh your bed and bath linens every alternate day. Thank you for joining us in our efforts to protect and preserve our beautiful planet.

Pool timing: 8 am to 8 p.m. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.

Kindly refrain from carrying bath/pool towels outside. We do not provide towels for pool.

Nistula homes are strictly non-smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted only in the designated balcony area where an ashtray and matchbox are available.

We kindly ask that you close all windows and doors in the evening to prevent mosquitoes from entering. We’ve placed mosquito sticks in the rooms to keep them away. If you’re on the balcony, lighting a mosquito stick will help repel them. Additionally, we’ve provided mosquito repellent in your room. Please turn it on in the evening to avoid mosquitoes.

Geyser switches are located at the bathroom entrance. The 5-liter capacity geyser needs a 2-minute tap off after every 10 minutes of use for refilling.

In case of any damages/breakages to the property , it will be debited from you.

Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings and valuables.

Guests are requested to avoid bringing any extra person without booking in advance.

Our laundry service is available at a rate of 120 per kilogram of clothes. Feel free to avail yourself of this service to maintain your wardrobe’s freshness during your stay.
