We are a motley group of startup founders, entrepreneurs, CXOs, and creators, each with decades of experience building and transforming businesses. For us, the office has always been more than just work—it was a home, a place of connection, creativity, and shared dreams. But when Covid arrived, our reality shifted. The homes we’d grown accustomed to suddenly felt distant, and the friends we’d shared meals, successes, and stresses with became faces on screens, separated by laptops and Video calls.

Seeking a new way of living, we packed our lives into bags and backpacks and headed to Goa. What we found was a vibrant place, full of beauty, but one that lacked the accommodation and community we craved. As we moved from villa to villa, each stay brought surprises—some delightful, others less so—but what was clear was the absence of five-star service in the villa rental space. No place offered the freedom to truly live, create, and connect in a way that matched our vision.

It was then that we decided to build Nistula—a world where freedom, luxury, and community come together. Nistula (निस्तुला), meaning “incomparable,” is our promise to create spaces that go beyond traditional hospitality. We offer not just a stay, but a way of life—freedom to live as you choose, luxury to indulge, and community to connect with others on your own terms.
